Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of refactron.dev and the Refactron early-access program. By using the site or joining early access, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Early access

Refactron is pre-release software offered in early access. Features are still being built, may change or be removed, and are provided as is, without a service-level commitment. Joining the early-access list does not guarantee access to any particular feature or timeline.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to:

• interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload it, including the sign-up form;
• scrape or harvest it in bulk;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it;
• misuse other people's information.

We may rate-limit, block, or remove access to protect the service and the people who use it.

The early-access list

Please sign up with your own, accurate email address. Signing up on someone else's behalf without their permission is not allowed. You can leave the list at any time via the unsubscribe link.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, and the Refactron name and marks are owned by us. Early access does not grant you any license to our brand or materials beyond using the site as intended.

Disclaimers

The site and any early-access materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refactron and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or the early-access program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post changes here and update the date above; continuing to use the site means you accept them.
